MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine economy likely grew by 6.6% in the fourth quarter last year, according to Moody's.
Moody's forecast is higher than the government's estimate of 5.8%-6.5% for the period.
The official fourth quarter and full-year growth data are due out on Thursday. It will be the first solid reading on Yolanda's impact on the economy that had been growing at over 7% for most of 2013.
Moody's said the destructive storm has so far hardly dented trade and factory output. - ANC
