MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine National Bank expects losses of up to P800 million due to last year's calamities.

The PNB is still assessing the full impact of super typhoon "Yolanda" on properties. It has pegged this estimate to claims for damage by clients of its non-life insurance units.

It also based it on damages from the October 15 quake that hit Bohol and nearby provinces. - ANC
