MANILA, Philippines – Oil companies announced that they will slash prices of their petroleum products on Sunday, January 22.
Oil player Flying V said it will cut the prices of its biodiesel and kerosene by P0.80 per liter effective 12:01 a.m. Sunday.
Its Avgas, Rush, Thunder, Leadfree and regular gasolines will also be cheaper by P0.20 per liter.
Total will cut its pump prices on unleaded gasoline and Protec by P0.20 per liter, regular gasoline by P0.40 per liter and diesel by P0.80 per liter effective 6 a.m.
Petron will also decrease kerosene prices by P0.90 per liter, diesel by P0.80 per liter, regular gasoline by P0.40 per liter and premium gasoline by P0.20 per liter.
Shell, meanwhile, will slash prices of its unleaded gasolines (V-Power, Premium and Fuelsave) by P0.20, kerosene by P0.90, all diesel by P0.80 and regular gasoline by P0.40 effective 12:01 a.m.
The rollbacks reflect movements in international oil prices and foreign exchange.
