Oil firms cut diesel, kerosene prices

MANILA, Philippines (UPDATE) – Oil firms have announced that it will roll back prices of diesel and kerosene products on Tuesday, January 21.

Pilipinas Shell and SEAOIL said effective 12:01 a.m., prices of its diesel products will be reduced by P0.10 per liter while prices of kerosene will be slashed by P0.35 per liter.

Petron, meanwhile, will implement the rollback effective 6 a.m. Its diesel and kerosene products will also be reduced by P0.10 per liter and P0.35 per liter, respectively.

PTT Philippines said it will slash pump price of diesel by P0.10 at 6 a.m. as well.

There will be no adjustment in prices for gasoline products. -- Report from Alvin Elchico, ABS-CBN News
