The idea for Boto Mo, I-Patrol Mo was simple: get the people to care and to take action. It’s people power with new technology! If you see something wrong or something good, tell us about it. If you see someone trying to buy the votes, snap a picture on your cellphone and send it to us. If you see a town mayor using public vehicles for his campaign, shoot video with your cellphone and send it to us. If you see violence, tell us about it, and after a verification process, we will put it to air.
abs-acb should initiate the change
In order to justify its "Ako ang Simula" advocacy, it is better for ABS-CBN to initiate the change by rejecting political advertisements from any candidates for the 2010 national elections. Providing airtime for political ads ahead of the mandated campaign period only reinforces the old traditional politics of personality.
The advocacy appears more like "pa-pogi" effect of the TV network.

matanong ko lang po. bakit po sa inyo irereport ang mga ganyang kaganapan sa election. ganun din po dun sa voters list na pag may patay na andun sa list. bakit hindi sa comelec i report. di ba sila ang dapat mag ayos ng mga bagay na yan. trabaho nila yun di ba.. iba talaga kayo...
