COMPOSTELA VALLEY, Philippines - Storm survivors in New Bataan, Compostela Valley are in dire need of relief supplies.
The situation is so bad that some of them have made the streets their home, where it is easy for them to beg for food from passersby.
The way to the center of New Bataan in Compostela Valley is full of children begging and people holding signs asking for any kind of donation whether it be food, water or medicine.
One survivor said they are so hungry and they have yet to receive help.
Even if they are not from New Bataan, they hope they will also be given relief supplies as they are also suffering after Pablo's onslaught.
Meantime, more relief supplies arrive at the center of new bataan.
One boy from Davao City has decided not to celebrate his birthday and instead help those who survived the typhoon.
New Bataan Mayor Lorenzo Balbin Jr. thanked those who sent aid for his constituents.
More volunteers are needed to help repack relief supplies and bring these to those in need.
