Northern Samar Rep. Raul Daza

* House Deputy Speaker and lead prosecutor in the first Article of Impeachment: "Partiality and subservience in cases involving the Arroyo administration from the time he was appointed as associate justice to the time of his 'midnight appointment' as chief justice."

* Secondary prosecutor in the seventh Article of Impeachment: "Partiality in granting a temporary restraining order in favor of Arroyo and her husband Jose Miguel Arroyo in order to give them an opportunity to escape prosecution and to frustrate the ends of justice, and in distorting the Supreme Court decision on the effectivity of the temporary restraining order (TRO) in view of a clear failure to comply with the conditions of the Supreme Court's own TRO."

* Deputy Minister of the Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG) in 1986-1987 and Commissioner of the Preparatory Commission on Constitutional Reforms in 1999.

* Served as governor of Northern Samar for 3 consecutive terms. On his first term as congressman of Northern Samar 1st District

* Head of the House of Representatives impeachment team and secondary prosecutor in the first Article of Impeachment: "Partiality and subservience in cases involving the Arroyo administration from the time he was appointed as associate justice to the time of his 'midnight appointment' as chief justice."

* On his second term as congressman of Iloilo's 5th District

* Chairman of House committee on justice, vice-chairman of the accounts, ethics and games and amusements committees

Bayan Muna Rep. Neri Colmenares
